Mrs. Albrecht brings to Central High School 25 years of experience in education and even a few years of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Mrs. Albrecht has held wide range of positions which include: high school science teacher, specializing in chemistry, food science and molecular biology; curriculum developer for the Biotechnology Youth Apprenticeship program; Assessment Consultant for the WI Department of Public Instruction; Director of Assessment, Research and Accountability for the Sun Prairie School District; and served as an Associate Principal at South Milwaukee High School. Mrs. Albrecht's formal education includes graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay with a Bachelor of Science majoring in biology and having minors in chemistry, environmental science and education. Mrs. Albrecht received her Masters of Educational Leadership from Marian University where she earned administrative licenses as a Principal and Director of Instruction. When there is time for fun and relaxation, Mrs. Albrecht enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter at their lake home in Tomahawk where fishing, snowmobiling and gardening are a few of her favorite activities. |
