AP Exam Registration

Dear Students and Parents,

It is time for you to make a decision regarding Advanced Placement Exams.  The AP exam is developed by the College Board and represents the finale of AP Courses.  We strongly encourage AP students to take culminating AP Exams.  All Advanced Placement tests will be given the weeks of May 6th and May 13th.  These exams are required if you want to try to earn college credit for completing an Advanced Placement class.  The cost for each exam is $94.00. Students qualifying for free or reduced lunch are exempt from exam fees.  You can learn more about AP exams at www.collegeboard.com.

All exams will be taken on campus. Each subject area has a specified amount of time for testing and may only be administered on its scheduled date and time.  Morning exams begin at 8:00 a.m and afternoon exams begin at noon with an instruction session prior to each exam.

Please complete this Google form and submit no later than Friday, November 30th, 2018.  You may pay for exams online through Infinite Campus starting Monday, December 10th, 2018.  If you are paying by check, please make payable to Central High School and turn into Michelle Haluzak in the District Office anytime after submitting this form.  All payments are due no later than Friday, January 11th, 2019.

If you have more than one student registering for AP Exams, please complete this Google form for each student.  Please be advised, once AP exams are ordered, there is a $40.00 charge per each cancelled exam.

If your student has an exam scheduled for both morning and afternoon sessions on the same day, please have them bring a sack lunch that day so that lunch is not missed.  If your student has two AP exams scheduled for the same date and time, he/she will need to take one of the exams on the late testing date.  Please contact Michelle Haluzak for more information.

If you have any questions you may contact Gail Netzer-Jensen at (262)843-2321 ext. 263,   netzerjenseng@westosha.k12.wi.us, or Michelle Haluzak at ext. 234, haluzakm@westosha.k12.wi.us.
