The German Honors Society recognizes the outstanding academic achievement of learners of the German language and culture. Students involved learn about and celebrate holidays in Germans peaking countries, create and taste food, enrich their skills through movies in the German language and promote the study of world languages. The purpose is to promote interest in the study of German language, literature and civilization.
