Mrs. Cara Jahnke, World Language DepartmentMrs. Cara Jahnke, World Language Department

Mrs. Cara Jahnke is a Kenosha native. She graduated from Christian Life High School in 2003. She completed her undergraduate at Lee University in Cleveland, TN with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Education with a minor in Theology before returning to Kenosha in 2007.  She made it a priority to study abroad as a part of her college experience, so she spent a summer in Italy and a semester in Costa Rica. Days after her college graduation, she was hired on staff here at CHS as a Spanish teacher.

Press Release

On November 13th, the Wisconsin Department of Instruction released the 2019 School Report Card scores for school districts across the state of Wisconsin. Westosha Central received a rating of “Exceeds Expectations”, which is a significant increase from the previous years’ scores.

There is much to be proud of at Westosha Central. Students are being challenged to reach new heights, not only as academic learners, but also as citizens and people.

ABS 9th Annual Father Daughter Dance Frozen image

To pre order tickets for ABS Father Daughter Dance please complete the form below. Cost is $20 per couple and $5 for each additional child. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PAY AT THE DOOR; it is not required to pre-register although we like to get an idea of how many will be attending.

The dance will take place on December 13th from 6-8:30 pm in the high school cafetorium.  This year will be a Frozen theme including selfie photo booth, dancing, music, DIY candy table, craft table, raffle baskets and fun activities on the dance floor! Dance is targeted to toddlers-5th grade, however, all are welcome.
