Our first Student Org Spotlight of the year is Battle of the Books!

Are you ready for a fun challenge? The Battle of the Books team is calling all students who love discovering new stories and showing off their book smarts. Gather your friends, tackle a list of twenty exciting books, and work together to master plots, characters, and big ideas. Once you’ve read and practiced, your team will compete at the state level—answering trivia, earning bragging rights, and building friendships along the way.

Online registration for the 2025-2026 school year opens today! All students (including incoming freshmen) must register.

There will be an In-Person Registration event on Thursday, August 7 from Noon-5pm in the WCHS Main Office/Lobby.

Registration Materials can be accessed through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

Students will have two options to take ID/Yearbook photos before the school year begins! ID Photos are a requirement for all students!

Thursday, August 7th from 12:00pm - 5:00pm

Tuesday, August 26th from 8:00am - 3:00pm

Both dates will take place in the WCHS Main Lobby.
